First episode was put out a while ago. I really really hope this series gets picked up by an American company. I fell in love with Taito all over again..

Anyone else give it a look-see? I don't wanna say any more, 'cause I'll gush and blabber about the whole episode, from the art to the music to the voice acting, lol.

I'm going to wait for a few eps to come out before I watch it or else I'll get all crazy waiting for the next ep  heheh, from what I've seen from the adds though.... hehe can't wait!

it would be awsome if go comi started an anime thing but well yeah... wishfull thinking (not to mention it seems to be all strictly manga at the moment)

Funimation will probably pick it up... they seem to get most of the really popular series.

Well, if Funimation gets it anytime soon, it'll most likely be up on their site for streaming vids, so that would be cool. Of course, if Gocomi did do anime.... Viz is the other group I'd expect to make a serious bid on it, but FUNimation has a really good research group, and they actually listen to what people are watching, so they are the most likely (FMA2 is now on the FUNimation site, they didn't even wait for it to be out before they bought the rights)

I finnished the episode (made a friend watch it too) and immediately whined about having to wait another week. Can't say I love the opening and closing songs, though (they may grow on me) not that they were bad, just not my thing.

So far so good. I like the opening song (not so much the closing), a little disappointed that they didn't do the "chibi" scene, and I don't really like Teito's voice (hopefully it'll grow on me).. but yeah, so far so good.

But I to hope that it'll be picked up as well. BUT!! If it does get picked.. I hope and pray for it not to take so long to come out (like they're doing with REBORN). I'm a rather impatient person..lol.

the animation looks so nice, ive seen other stuff done by Studio Deen (i think it is) and i wasn't so impressed but... im happy (so far)

and I heard Teito's voice from the comercials... im not too fond of it either but *shrugs* what can you do?

I didn't mind Teito's voice, but I wasn't crazy about it either. I think it'll grow on us; after all we have very difinitive ideas on what he should sound like, no? Besides, it matched better then some of the voice acting I've heard recently (*Cough Cough* D.gray man Allen and Kanda in Enlgish *Cough Cough*)

As for the art, I think it's on my top 3 for the season, since there's a wide varity this season of styles. For example, I had just watched Valkyia Chronicles before 07-GHOST, and I wanted to bang my head against the wall. (Shading, had issues with the shading.)

I do agree with MoonStar18, Chibi would have been nice.

I'm not sure about this, but I think FUNimation may be considering Licensing 07-GHOST. They just put up a poll about what series people would be likely to buy or recommend for their friends, and it was a list of 6 new shows. 07-GHOST was on the list. Only reason I can think they'd ask is if they're thinking about making a bid.

I wouldn't be surprised if they did. Usually they get their anime based on VA/ staff interests then see what the public likes the most (or atleast thats what one of their star Va's said during a pannel I went to) In a way, good for the show  getting noticed and possibly picked up right away but then again... I have mixed feelings about Funimation.

Wow, if they do get it.. that was fast..lol. I mean, heck, it JUST came out in Japan. However, I'm still waiting for them to dub KHR, so if they do get it, it's gonna have to wait until AFTER KHR..lol. But overall that'd be neat though, I guess.

Oh, yes. In episode three.. who else was also very much disappointed in the way they had Teito and Mikage meet? I thought and still think, that the manga version was amusing and way better. Oh, well. Not much I can do about it..except grumble and complain..lol.

Actually, if they do pick it up, it's not all that fast for FUNimation anymore. They've added Phantom: Requiem for the Phantom from this anime season, not to mention the FullMetal Alchemist: Brotherhood (A.k.a FMA2). Heck, they grabbed FMA2 before it was even aired in Japan. The attempt to keep up with fansubs has forced them to pick series faster, I think.

All the better for fans. It's also nice because they streem them on their site with Subs.

And I agree, the Manga version of the meeting was way better.
