I just checked the Japanese official 07-GHOST website and they didn't mention anything about a season 2. Until news either appears in a future manga release or on the official site, I wouldn't get my hopes up. Back when they finished the anime, the staff that worked on the anime have said that they want to do a season 2, but weren't sure if it would happen or not. Personally, I'm keeping my fingers crossed that they make it after they progress a little farther along in the manga. ^_^
